FACEBOOK

Hmmm..

How long has FaceBook been running most of our lives?

I remember during my college days, A friend kept convincing me to join the network. I would always reply, Sure I Will, But I never did. Not until late 2008 when I decided to make my very own FaceBook account. Not because I wanted to, But because I was curious and there were several issues being talked about by friends using facebook that I needed to catch up on.

Plus I discovered that I get to view pictures and actually find issues from it. What a lousy excuse for a start.

So, I joined facebook. Made my account, started to confirm friends, put up my own profile, uploaded pictures and got the knack for facebooking.

Boy! It was true when they say once you start, you actually long for it. It gets addicting to the point some people would install it on their phones just like me, just so I'd be updated every now and then.

What are the advantage of facebooking?

For me I think that you get to be reconnected with old friends and actually bump in to new friends. Your network gets to expand and you get to update yourself with what's going with friends, relatives or even close family members.

It's also a way to past time just incase you are left to do nothing. You also get to do business and can actually join business'.

I use facebook to check up on friends and get to catch up and hangout once in a while. It's the second closest way to communicate with people just in case cellphones doesn't work.

What are the disadvantage of facebooking?

Well for one, It's not for kids. It does invade one's privacy depending on how much information you put in to it. Like pictures, videos, comments and even informations.

For offices, Some employees tend to take so much facebooking that it gives them a hard time to get things done. I'm not saying all. Depends on the abuse and the user.

For others they make it run their lives. I may be guilty as charged. hahaha!

It does eat up most of one's time and since there are a lot of things you can do with it, it makes one dwell with facebooking too much.

Again, I'm not saying all!

In summary, I suggest and I tell this to myself too that it should be in moderation. Do other stuffs, you can still facebook but don't make it the center of your day!

Read, Surf, Study or work. No excuses, facebook should be just a plus in our lives. It's just a way to check up on people and not let it be your work.

Don't let facebook run your lives!

Again, I'm not saying all!

To wait is like Emptiness

I've never really given much thought of how I was going to lose you,
Because I never Thought it could happen.

I don't want to, But if I have to because it would make things easier for you.
Then I guess I'm left with no choice.

I can't even begin to explain how I feel about this.
The thought of loosing you, throwing away, falling away,
forgetting every feeling and you acting as if "I" don't exist.
Breaks my heart!

It's just like you being a stranger to me, and me being invisible to you.

I use to be someone who is martyr than any Cinderella,
someone whose effort is greater than any vampire,
someone whose patience is greater than a wolf boy
and someone who loves unconditionally than any Bella.

Then I realized that it's no fairytale and I'm no immortal.

That all I ever could be is just "me",
and all I ever could do is "wait".

I get so lost inside. For I didn't know that to wait is like emptiness.
